Well I held myself to task a bit. I did strength training with bands in my living room twice last week. I wanted to do a third, but was soooo sore. I stayed to plan about 95% of the time. Occasional bites of my kid's treats. I am concerned though that through this change my body does not digest things well after not having them. I have it narrowed down to either Dairy or Gluten as the repeat offender. Though technically I am not supposed to be having dairy...some of my fats and freebies come from the dairy families. Cheese, FF sour cream, FF cream cheese. But I have been eating those all along. The only NEW thing added has been starch in the form of bread. So I am concerned now that I have a Gluten sensitivity. I won't go into details...as they are rather unpleasant...for everyone. I try to limit my bread intake to every other day. Focusing more on potatoes, sweet potatoes, and steel cut oats. But as I am typing this I am eating my lunch which contains a slice of whole grai

I have given up on counting days. I have also stopped trying to hit that 100 l.b. mark. I am comfortable where I am. It took me a month or two to realize that I didn't have to hit a certain number to be successful. What I need to be is healthy and comfortable in my own skin(even if it's all saggy and gross now;) So my coach and I made the decision to move to Step 2 of the Adapt Stage.  I should not expect to lose any more weight on this. Instead this is preparing my body for weaning off the product on to all grocery store foods. This step limits my profile product to 1 meal replacement and 2 bars a day. It also added an additional starch and an additional fruit and an additional fat. I also get more protein oz per day. I have to say that this is hard. After a YEAR of following the same routine with Profile product, I now have to really think about what I am going to eat next. And I have to be aware that if I have a starch early in the day that I can not have one at lunch

Has it seriously been a week since I last blogged? Where is all my time going? Food: Trying to be back on track this week. No(okay that's a lie....less) cheats. Watching my carbs, weighing my fats/proteins. Trying my damnedest to shove veggies down my pie hole. Goal is sooooo close right now...I just want to get a win. After 2 weeks of being sick, I really need some motivation! Yesterday I had Hot Shake with tea (my version of Chai Tea Latte) Caramel Cocoa bar Edamame Pasta and zucchini spirals with cheese and sugar free marinara and green beans CHEAT: some one brought in cookie cake to work...I had two bites Apple with PB Powder PB Eggs, Bacon , Kale salad with Boathouse dressing Caramel Cocoa bar Shake as pudding with FF whipped topping CHEAT: I added the last bit of Halo Top ice cream to my pudding Exercise: Walked yesterday morning. Walked AND jogged this morning. Also plan to go to Yoga over lunch (even new job offers free yoga once a week!!). Though if I was

So you thought I was MIA over the holidays and in January with the travels and job changes... Well February has brought on a whole new challenge...aka...sicker than a dog! So two weeks ago my 2 yo tested positive for the Adenovirus....and guess who came down with it the next week. Yup that would be me...so new job and out(but able to work from home) 2 days on my second week. Oh but wait it didn't end there. Just yesterday morning I woke up at 4am in order to spend the next 6 hours praying to the porcelain gods. There was NO going to WORK and NO working from home. I am sure my boss just thinks I am the bee's knees by now. The Norovirus has been running rampant but my husband thinks it was food poisoning. Though he was sick in bed last Friday and part of Saturday. I am just so glad that I spent the entire weekend cleaning the house, especially the toilets. Sorry, I am not ready to "talk" (type) about food yet. Let's just say, I had very little yesterday. Thoug
